INTRODUCTION

This Terms of Service Agreement (the "Agreement") governs your use of services provided by FriendsCampus, This Agreement includes, and incorporates by this reference, the policies and guidelines referenced below. FriendsCampus reserves the right to change or revise the terms and conditions of this Agreement at any time by posting any changes or a revised Agreement on this Website. FriendsCampus will alert you that changes or revisions have been made by indicating on the top of this Agreement the date it was last revised. The changed or revised Agreement will be effective immediately after it is posted on this Website(including mobile app). Your use of the Services following the posting of any such changes or of a revised Agreement will constitute your acceptance of any such changes or revisions. FriendsCampus encourages you to review this Agreement whenever you use our services to make sure that you understand the terms and conditions governing the use of the Service. This Agreement does not alter in any way the terms or conditions of any other written agreement you may have with FriendsCampus for other products or services. If you do not agree to this Agreement (including any referenced policies or guidelines), please immediately terminate your use of the Service. Your use of our Services is also subject to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy Services This Contract applies to FriendsCampus.com, FriendsCampus apps and other services that state that they are offered under this Contract("Services"). Registered users(Tutors, Class Owners, Parents and any other person who is in education profession), and class admins(created and approved by Class Owners) who use our Services are "Members" and unregistered users are "Visitors". This Contract applies to both.

FriendsCampus

You are entering into this Contract with FriendsCampus(also referred to as "we" and "us"). We control your personal data provided to or collected by or for, our Services.

Members and Visitors

When you register and join the FriendsCampus Service and when we create Class admin, you become a Member. If you don't register and just visit our service you are a visitor.

Basic Terms

• You must be 13 years or older to use our services
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
• You may not use the FriendsCampus services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• You are solely responsible for any data, text, photos, information, attendance, profiles that you submit and display on the FriendsCampus service.
• You must not modify, adapt or hack FriendsCampus or modify another website so as to falsely imply that it is associated with FriendsCampus.
• You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
• You must not violate any laws in your jurisdiction(including but not limited to copyright laws)
• Violation of any of these agreements will result in the termination of your use of our services.

PRIVACY

We strongly believe in protecting user privacy and providing you with notice of FriendsCampus's use of data. Please refer to the FriendsCampus privacy policy that is posted on the Website.

AGREEMENT TO BE BOUND

You agree that by clicking "Sign Up" or similar, registering, accessing or using our services(described below), you are agreeing to enter into a legally binding contract with FriendsCampus(even if you are using our Services on behalf of a Coaching Institute, Private Tutor, or other educational institutes).

GENERAL

FriendsCampus does NOT claim ANY ownership rights in the attendance, students data, User profile, or any other materials (collectively, "data") that you submit on or through FriendsCampus Services. FriendsCampus reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

We reserve the right to terminate FriendsCampus services at any time for any reason, we will inform in such case through our service.
